We can safely define Watch S1 as a top-of-the-range smartwatch for those who want technology combined with elegance.
In terms of construction, the device features a sapphire glass screen, a hand-finished stainless steel frame, and a choice of straps: classic and elegant leather, or anti-allergenic and dirt-resistant rubber.
Of course, the case is water-resistant, with a typical threshold of 5 atmospheres.
The sapphire glass conceals a 1.43" AMOLED display with a customizable UI; the user can choose from 200 watch faces.
In terms of connectivity, we find Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and NFC for contactless payments on the Mastercard circuit.
There's also a voice assistant, in this case entrusted to Amazon's Alexa.
Thanks to Bluetooth, it is also possible to make calls.
In terms of physical activity, the watch has 117 fitness modes and 19 Pro modes, with automatic recognition of routine workouts such as treadmill and walking.
The dual-band GPS allows continuous activity tracking, and of course, there's also a heart rate sensor on board that allows monitoring of heart rate, sleep quality, stress levels, and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2).
The battery life is decent: it boasts 12 days in standby with standard use and up to 24 days with Battery Saver mode.
The battery is 470 mAh and also supports wireless charging.
