The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 boasts a display area that is 25% larger than the previous model. The panel chosen by the company is now a 1.62″ AMOLED with high pixel density and a maximum brightness of 500 nits.

The GPU has been updated and now allows for an even smoother and faster interaction with the system's UI, which now supports over 100 different watch faces to match the colored straps sold separately, as well as an always-on display.

Xiaomi Smart Band 7 can recognize over 110 different sports and supports professional VO2 max training analysis, measuring maximum oxygen consumption rates during incremental exercise, calculating relative rates in milliliters of oxygen per kilogram of body mass per minute. The new fitness tracker is equipped with 3 additional functions: Training Load, Recovery Duration, and Training Intensity. Thanks to these functions, users can evaluate and adjust their workout planning and intensity to maximize performance potential.

An interesting feature is the alert when blood oxygen levels drop below 90%.
