The 360° hot air circulation can envelop food in all directions and expel fat from within the food.
It has a wide temperature adjustment range from 40º to 200º.
In addition to high-temperature air frying, the dual speed can also defrost, bake, dry, and cook at low temperatures, and even ferment at a constant temperature.
It can be connected to the Mi Home app. Of course, it allows programming via the app,
within which you will find many recipes and preset programs that you can use to create delicious dishes.
Thanks to remote control, you can set one of the cooking programs that use only hot air, for a crispy and healthy result. Hot air instead of oil.
The special feature of the Xiaomi Mi Smart Air 3.5L is that there is no need to use oil. Heating occurs by circulating hot air at 360°, so all ingredients are heated evenly. This results in a crispy crust without added oil.
The Xiaomi air fryer is compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice assistants and provides an OLED display for configurations and to check temperature and remaining time.
