Terms and conditions of sale for the "Free Battery with Display Replacement" promotion, valid from January 10, 2026 to February 28, 2026

1. Offer Subject

This promotion allows the customer to obtain the free replacement of a compatible battery for their smartphone upon display replacement, carried out at participating TEC Store Italia points of sale.

2. Validity Period

The offer is valid from January 10th to February 28th, subject to stock availability and/or extensions communicated through official TEC Store Italia channels.

3. Scope of Application

  • The offer is valid exclusively for smartphones.

  • The promotion is applicable only for display replacement carried out at TEC Store Italia laboratories.

  • The battery provided is compatible with the device and not original, unless otherwise indicated during the quotation phase.

4. Access Conditions

To benefit from the promotion:

  • the customer must accept the display replacement estimate;

  • battery replacement must occur simultaneously with the display repair;

  • the service must be performed entirely at a TEC Store Italia point of sale.

It is not possible to request the free battery separately or at a later time than the display repair.

5. Exclusions

The offer cannot be combined with:

  • other ongoing promotions;

  • contractual discounts;

  • offers dedicated to already discounted products.

Excluded from the initiative are:

  • non-repairable devices or devices with severe structural damage;

  • smartphones with previous tampering that prevents safe technical intervention;

  • tablets, smartwatches, notebooks, and other electronic devices.

6. Spare Parts Availability

The offer is subject to spare parts availability.
In case of immediate unavailability, the spare part can be ordered with average supply times of 24/48 hours, unless different timelines are communicated to the customer.

7. Warranty on Service

The replacement of the display and compatible battery is covered by a warranty on the technical service, according to the conditions indicated in the estimate and the documentation issued in-store.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • bumps, falls, or liquids after repair;

  • improper use of the device;

  • tampering by third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

TEC Store Italia is not responsible for:

  • loss of personal data not previously saved by the customer;

  • pre-existing malfunctions not related to the repair performed.

Customers are advised to perform a complete data backup before service.

9. Offer Modifications and Termination

TEC Store Italia reserves the right to:

  • modify the terms of the offer;

  • suspend or terminate the promotion at any time, in compliance with current regulations.

Any changes will be communicated via the website or at points of sale.

10. Competent Court

For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
