Data transfer outside the European Union

Retention period
Administrative and accounting purposes: personal data will be kept for the time during which the Data Controller is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by legal or regulatory provisions.
Technical assistance purposes: personal data (all data contained within the device under assistance/repair) will not undergo any processing or retention.
Direct marketing purposes: your data will be kept for a maximum duration of 2 years.
Data Subject's Rights
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and where that is the case, has the right to:
- obtain access to personal data, request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
- receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller (data portability);
- be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;
- if expressed, withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Nature of the data and consequences of failure to communicate
Without the processing and communication of data that is mandatory for administrative-accounting and technical assistance purposes, the data subject will not be able to be provided with the requested services and/or products, in whole or in part. Consent for marketing purposes is optional and is not indispensable for the requested service.
