The material used on the back is solely polycarbonate; it features a crystallized screen print which, in addition to providing beautiful light effects, does not retain dirt or fingerprints at all, thus allowing the device to be used without the need for a protective cover.
On the upper part, we find the IR transmitter, a second microphone for noise reduction, and a grille for the second speaker, as the main one is positioned on the bottom edge, accompanied by the main microphone, a 3.5mm jack for earphones, and a USB Type-C input with OTG support.
POCO M4 Pro 5G thus offers stereo sound.
In terms of connectivity, it offers the possibility of using 5G in Dual mode, with excellent results in terms of browsing speed and signal stability.
The POCO M4 Pro 5G boasts a 6.6-inch IPS LCD panel with Full HD+ resolution, 398 PPI, in which a punch-hole for the front camera has been integrated. Everything is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, but what is most surprising, considering the price, is the presence of a 90 Hz refresh rate, while the touch sampling rate reaches 240 Hz.
The bezels also deserve positive mention, being significantly reduced and pleasing in overall impact, and most importantly, the proximity and brightness sensors work perfectly.
POCO M4 Pro 5G uses a Dual Band WiFi module, Bluetooth 5.1, FM Radio, GPS, and an NFC sensor for mobile payments. As promised, let's talk about battery life, another strong point of the new POCO terminal, which thanks to a 5000 mAh battery manages to provide approximately 7 hours of screen-on time, as well as featuring 33W fast charging, which completes in 59 minutes.
