Instead of buttons, the Xiaomi Redmi Buds 3 Lite earbuds feature a capacitive touch interface. This means that the outer surface of each earbud works as a touchpad. Double-tap either earbud to answer a call or skip to the next song, double-tap to reject/end a call or activate the voice assistant, or hold to start or pause playback. Finally, hold both earbuds to enter or exit low-latency mode.
The controls are touch-sensitive and there are some cool features such as a low-latency mode for gaming enthusiasts and electronic noise cancellation during calls.
